FoodWarz ("Service", "we") is an AI-powered nutrition tracker available as a Telegram Mini App and Android app. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

2. Data controller

The data controller is the owner of FoodWarz. Contact: support@foodwarz.ru.

3. Data we process

Telegram sign-in: Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo (if available), language and theme settings.

VK ID / Yandex ID / email sign-in: provider ID, email (if provided), name.

Data you provide: profile, meal logs, food photos, text and voice descriptions, water, team, subscription status.

Automatic data: IP address, device type, usage events, timezone, push tokens (if enabled).

Payments: transaction IDs and subscription status via RuStore or other stores. We do not store card details.

4. Purposes

• Provide nutrition tracking and analytics;
• AI meal analysis (photo, text, voice);
• Authentication and sync across devices;
• Subscriptions and payments;
• Notifications and reminders (with your consent);
• Security and product improvement.

5. Android permissions

• Camera / gallery — meal photos for analysis.
• Microphone — voice meal logging.
• Notifications — meal and water reminders.
• Internet — sync and AI analysis.

6. Storage and sharing

Data is stored on secured servers (PostgreSQL). Meal analysis requests may be sent to OpenAI. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

We retain data while your account is active or until you request deletion.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing support@foodwarz.ru.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
