1. 概要

FoodWarz ("Service", "we") is an AI-powered nutrition tracker available as a Telegram Mini App and as an Android app on Google Play and RuStore and an iOS app on the App Store. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

2. データ管理者

The data controller is the owner of FoodWarz. Contact: support@foodwarz.ru.

3. 処理するデータ

Telegram sign-in: Telegram ID, name, username, profile photo (if available), language and theme settings.

Google, Apple, VK ID, Yandex ID or email sign-in: provider ID, email, name and profile photo when the provider makes them available.

Data you provide: profile, meal logs, food photos, text and voice descriptions, water, team, subscription status.

Health data: steps, active and total calories burned, exercise, sleep, weight and body composition, plus nutrition, hydration and weight records that you allow FoodWarz to write. Health Connect or Apple Health sync may also include an external record ID, data origin and device details. You control access in system settings.

Automatic data: IP address, device and app type/version, usage events, timezone, Firebase Cloud Messaging / RuStore Push / APNs tokens, Android advertising ID when available, and MyTracker install-source and campaign attribution.

Payments: purchase, product and transaction IDs, status, expiry and trial information via Google Play, App Store, RuStore or YooKassa. The store or payment provider processes card details; FoodWarz does not store them.

4. 利用目的

  • Provide nutrition tracking and analytics;
  • AI meal analysis (photo, text, voice);
  • Authentication and sync across devices;
  • Subscriptions and payments;
  • Notifications and reminders (with your consent);
  • Security and product improvement.

5. Androidの権限

  • Camera / gallery — meal photos for analysis.
  • Microphone — voice meal logging.
  • Notifications — meal and water reminders.
  • Health Connect — reads the steps, activity calories, exercise, sleep, weight and body-composition categories you approve and writes nutrition, hydration and weight for sync. Access to history older than 30 days is requested separately.
  • Internet — sync and AI analysis.

6. 保存と共有

Data is stored on secured servers (PostgreSQL). The minimum data needed to provide a feature may be shared with OpenAI (AI analysis), Google/Firebase, Apple and RuStore (sign-in, purchases and push), YooKassa (payments), and MyTracker (install attribution and product events). Health Connect and Apple Health data is not used for advertising or sold. Body-measurement values are not included in product analytics; analytics may contain only feature events without those values. We do not sell personal data.

7. 保存期間

We retain data while your account is active or until you request deletion.

8. ユーザーの権利

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing support@foodwarz.ru. Measurements, goals and reminder settings can also be deleted in the Measurements section.

9. 変更

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page.
